From the Winery:
The unique soils of Marlborough's Golden Triangle are home to the Drylands winery and our renowned Home Block vineyard. Drylands wines are blended from premium parcels of Marlborough fruit, selected for intensity, structure and balance.

Marlborough enjoyed a particularly dry and relatively cool summer and autumn. This ensured a long slow growing season yielding fruit of optimal ripeness and richness of flavour. Grapes were carefully selected from premium vineyard sites across the region to ensure a complex flavour profile in the final blend.

Small batches of juice were fermented separately based on characteristics displayed in the vineyard, producing a range of exciting blend options. The juice was innocculated by yeasts chosen for their ability to enhance aromas, flavours and mouthfeel. After fermentation the wine remained on yeast lees for several weeks, further developing palate complexity.

Straw colour with light green hues and brilliant clarity. Lifted aroma of passionfruit, supported by citrus notes. Fresh, lively mouth watering palate with tropical fruit notes to the fore, and zesty citrus giving excellent weight and length. An intensely flavoured, elegant Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

A fantastic aperitif or an ideal accompaniment to light seafood and chicken dishes.
