The Grand Vin label signifies extraordinary vintage quality and the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon clearly is a wine for your cellar. The dark plumy color makes it difficult to see through the glass. The nose has slight barn yard aromas of hay, earth and dark fruits with hints of dark chocolate which grab the rim of the glass. The wine was aged 18 months in 95% French and 5% new American oak.

The Grand Vin 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is limited to only 149 cases.
