PROOF OF AGE REQUIREMENT

You MUST be 21 years of age to purchase alcohol from this site.

Grape Culture uses FedEx Ground Services to ship wine. FedEx requires an adult signature to release your shipment.

By placing an order from this site, you are legally representing to Grape Culture that you are at least 21 years of age, and are familiar with the wine shipping laws of your state. You agree to indemnify Grape Culture, Ltd against any possible legal action.

At time of purchase, title and legal responsibility for the shipment(s) passes in New York State to the person that made the purchase, and is the purchaser's sole responsibility.

Most orders will be processed within two business days of purchase.

Grape Culture, Ltd. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. To purchase wine over this site, you MUST use the shopping cart provided. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS!

Please note, we DON'T require customers open a PayPal account. Follow through the link to credit card payment options on the lower left-hand side of the shopping cart during checkout.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

There is a handling fee of $15 per order. Shipping costs are an additional $3 a bottle.

Grape Culture uses FedEx Ground Service to ship to our customers, and an adult signature is required to receive shipment. By ordering wine from Grape Culture you authorize us to act on your behalf to deliver your order to your selected destination. Wine retailers may sell and deliver only to persons who are at least 21 years old. When your order is delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that they are at least 21 years of age.

FedEx WILL NOT ship to P.O. boxes. Your street address is required!

Most shipments will arrive within five business days from the date shipped, but transit times are NOT guaranteed. To discuss expedited shipping, please call Grape Culture at 1.631.862.4727.

FedEx doesn't pick up or deliver on weekends and holidays.
