In keeping with the style established more than a quarter century ago, Chandon has captured the expression of California’s vineyards in Brut Classic. The wine presents full flavors that move seamlessly across the palate. hardonnay provides front palate creaminess and contributes a firm structure and vibrancy while Pinot Meunier adds mid-palate dimension with hints of cherry cream. Pinot Noir, which forms the majority of the cuvee, gives the wine length, persistence and a lingering flavor. To ensure the continuity of style and quality that has made Chandon one of America’s classic sparkling wines,our Brut is blended with ten to twenty percent Reserve wines from prior harvests.

Classic balance typifies this refreshingly soft, yet dry wine. When you taste Brut Classic, look for nutty flavors with hints of brioche that build to a refreshing dry finish. The wine delivers complex apple and pear characteristics accented by citrus spice over notes of almond and caramel in the bouquet.
