The grapes are harvested in April when the ripeness of the fruit, the polyphenolic balance, and the intensity of the color are at their best. 30% of the wine is aged in medium-toasted French oak.

Color: Ruby-red with violet reflections.

Bouquet: Fruit-forward, with plum, currant, and spice notes.

Taste: Elegant and dry, with black-fruit flavors and spice.
